The Huski booking system offers enormous flexibility and power to the site owners and accommodation providers.

seamless integration into the website – All aspects of on-line booking are fully integrated into the site and the operator profile to ensure a seamless browsing experience for the site users
Flexibility in payment methods – The site allows users to set multiple types of payment methods such as credit card, direct debits, cheques or invoice. This provides site owners with the option to accept bookings from users who do not wish to pay by credit cards
Deposit Amount – Accommodation providers have the ability to set the booking deposit that they require to accept a booking. This provides sites users the ability to make a booking and pay a deposit before having to make the full payment prior to their stay.
Room types - Accommodation providers can set up multiple room types for their business. Administrators can set the maximum number of adults and children that they can accept, whilst defining a standard booking eg. Normal number of adults and children that a standard booking consists of before additional charges occur.
In addition, each room type can allocate facilities that apply to each individual room. This increases the search facilities for the site users when requesting specific room facilities.
Availability and Pricing – Site administrators can set the availability and pricing for each of their room types 12 months in advanced. Our easy to use administration system allows for quick changes to room availability or pricing.
e.g. weekends may be more expensive than weekdays. Or you may want to offer discounted prices for ‘last minute’ vacancies (i.e from today through to 7 days ahead).
Booking History – Accommodation providers have access to a comprehensive booking history for guests.
Optional - Not comfortable in accepting live bookings? The ASCET Interactive booking system allows accommodation providers to become involved without accepting live bookings. The system allows you to set up your room types, set your pricing, however a user must complete a standard booking enquiry form which is then emailed to you. You then facilitate the booking yourself.
FREE – Our system is free to use and does not charge fees on the booking process. Its a complimentary service when you take out a 12 month profile with the website. The only cost is credit cards fees if you wish to accept payments from credit cards.
